By using Sky Matrix services or requesting any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them, in addition to the related policies such as the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Pricing and Delivery Policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of Sky Matrix services or access to its website constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you use the services on behalf of a company, institution, or any other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, you must refrain from using the website or services.

Sky Matrix provides cloud infrastructure services and digital technology solutions, which may include, without limitation: • Cloud VPS servers. • Dedicated infrastructure or environments. • Managed databases. • Business email. • Load balancers. • Other cloud services or solutions presented through the website or agreed upon directly. Sky Matrix reserves the right to develop, modify, update, or discontinue any service or part of it at any time as it deems appropriate, while providing any necessary notices when required by the nature of the service.
3. Accounts and Registration
When creating an account or using our services, you are responsible for: • Providing correct, accurate, and up-to-date information. • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and passwords. • All activities conducted through your account or credentials. • Notifying us immediately in case of suspected unauthorized use or security breach. The user must also be legally eligible to use these services, and we may suspend or cancel any account that contains misleading information or is proven to be used in violation of these terms.
4. Payment and Billing
Some Sky Matrix services are provided for a fee according to the approved plan, offer, or agreement. The following terms apply to payment and billing: • Fees are charged according to the specified billing cycle, whether monthly, yearly, or as agreed. • Amounts due must be paid on time to avoid service suspension or delays in activation or renewal. • Any overdue amounts or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of the service after appropriate notice depending on the case. • All announced or agreed prices do not include applicable taxes or government fees unless otherwise stated. • Some charges may vary depending on the nature of the service, add-ons, customizations, or actual usage.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Sky Matrix services may not be used for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or improper activity, including but not limited to: • Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities. • Sending spam or unsolicited email. • Hosting, publishing, or distributing content that violates laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights. • Carrying out cyberattacks, intrusion attempts, or misuse of infrastructure or network resources. • Any activity that causes technical, operational, security, or legal harm to Sky Matrix, its clients, or others. Sky Matrix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any service or account when a violation is suspected, without prejudice to any other legal rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the Sky Matrix platform, its website, software and design content, trademarks, guides, and marketing materials are owned by Sky Matrix or its licensors, and may not be copied, reused, or exploited without prior written permission. At the same time, the user retains ownership of their lawful data and content that they operate or store through the services.
7. Service Suspension or Termination
Sky Matrix may suspend, restrict, or terminate the service or account in cases including, without limitation: violation of these terms, continued late payment, suspected misuse, security risk, request by a competent authority, or any circumstance that requires such action to protect the platform, clients, or compliance obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sky Matrix services are provided as available and in accordance with their technical and operational nature. To the extent permitted by law, Sky Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or any loss of profits, data, business, or reputation resulting from use of the services, service interruption, misuse, or inappropriate reliance on them. Any direct liability, where established, shall be limited to a reasonable amount proportionate to the value of the service in dispute.
9. Governing Law and Compliance
These Terms and Conditions, as well as the use of Sky Matrix services, are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the extent applicable to the nature of the service, user, or beneficiary entity. The user also agrees not to use the services in any way that violates the laws, regulations, or regulatory instructions applicable in either of these two countries or in any other relevant legal jurisdiction.
